"What is this?"

Every journey begins with curiosity. This is where people first encounter The Well through an invitation, social media, the website, or a Sunday gathering. They're asking, "Can I trust these people?" and "Do I belong here?" The goal is to spark interest and create a place where people want to come back.

"I'm coming back."

Curiosity turns into action. People begin returning consistently, taking next steps like filling out a Connect Card, attending Become a Well, and building relationships. The question shifts from "Do I like this?" to "Could this become my church family?"

"I know people and people know me."

Transformation rarely happens in isolation. In this stage, people move from attending to belonging by joining groups, serving, building friendships, and becoming connected to the life of the church. Community becomes the environment where spiritual growth can flourish.

"Jesus is changing me."

This is where true discipleship takes place. The focus is no longer simply attending church, but becoming more like Jesus through surrender, spiritual formation, prayer, generosity, and obedience. The goal is not just to know Jesus, but to be transformed by Him.

"God is using me."

As people are changed by Jesus, His living water begins flowing outward. They begin praying for others, serving, encouraging, inviting, giving generously, and using their gifts to refresh those around them. The focus shifts from receiving to pouring into others.

"I'm helping others become Wells."

The journey comes full circle as mature disciples intentionally invest in others. Through mentoring, discipling, leading, coaching, and raising up new leaders, they help others walk the same path. This is where multiplication happens and the mission of The Well continues through people who create more refreshers.
